Yes, also the input size in mm or Inch.
2. When the machine will be ready for shipment if I place an order?
Machine will be ready in 10 - 35 days from time of ordering. It takes a little more for custom made orders.
Immediate delivery available when machine is in stock.
3. How long will I receive my machines?
It depends where you are. The ocean transport takes 10 - 40 days to arrive in your port.
4. Whether the machines fit the electricity power in our country?
Yes. The machines work with industrial electricity power of 3 phase and the voltage may be different in countries like 220v, 240v, 380v, 415v, 440v, 480v, 600v, etc. Please advise your voltage so we can make it fit your power.
5. How do you deliver the machines?
Big machines are transported in 20 ft or 40 ft box container.
Small machines available for LCL (Less than Container Load).
6. What is the warranty for the machine?
One year.
7. What is the lifetime of the machine?
Normally 15 years or more if properly maintained.
