Audited Supplier The whole machine body is made of cast iron for high rigidity. The blade holder slides on the bridge right and left for cutting stone. The blade holder sliding rails on the bridge are machined by a high-precision machining center to ensure small clearance, which results in accurate blade cutting and a smooth slab surface.
The worktable has four heavy-duty wheels to bear the weight of a large stone block and runs on steel rails. The top of this worktable can rotate 360 ˚ for easy angle cutting on a stone piece. When the worktable top has been turned to a required cutting angle, then it can be locked for stable cutting.
Giant block saw machine applicable for cutting stone blocks into slabs. The machine is microcomputer control and works automatically, featuring precise cutting, stable performance, and easy operation.
This block cutter consists of solid columns and a long crossbeam suitable for cutting blocks of big size. It takes a cutting blade of 3000 mm maximum.
